After spending years helping organizations build data capabilities that delivered over $500M in measurable value, I noticed a pattern: smart operators would step into new roles or complete acquisitions, ask for basic performance data, and realize nobody could tell them if things were going well or falling apart.

That's where Analytics Coaching and Consulting comes in. We specialize in helping new leadership and ownership figure out what good looks like through data and analytics. We focus on that critical 6-18 months after leadership transitions or ownership changes – when you need to establish clear operational visibility before you can optimize anything.
While other consultants sell methodologies and logos, we help you establish what operational excellence means for your specific situation. Whether you're a PE operating partner evaluating a portfolio company, an independent sponsor post-acquisition, or a newly promoted executive who inherited systems built to "just work" rather than scale, we understand the unique challenges of building the plane while flying it.

We've helped companies identify $680K in annual savings, achieve 300% ROI on analytics investments, and generate $450K in new revenue – but more importantly, we've helped leaders gain a clear line of sight into their operations when it matters most.
