Jigar Desai

Jigar Desai is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in technology and hospitality. As the founder of Anant Soft Computing since March 2013, Jigar has focused on developing innovative applications utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency. In addition, Jigar has served as a Crypto Currency Mining Consultant and co-founded Quantum Technologies, specializing in Blockchain development and crypto mining expertise. In the hospitality sector, Jigar owns Pizza Theory, a unique cloud kitchen offering healthy pizza options, and Pepperazzi The Diner, a well-regarded multi-cuisine restaurant in Vadodara, where Jigar was also a partner. Jigar has academic experience as an Assistant Professor and a member of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Parul University. Jigar holds an MBA in International Marketing from Goldey-Beacom College and a Master's Degree in Intelligent Systems from the University of Sussex.
