Aditya is an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant, currently freelancing since 2013, specializing in recruiting talent for the creative industry with a focus on startups. Aditya also serves as a Product Management Officer at Anantarupa Studios since December 2019. Previous roles include 2D Artist & Animator and Co-Founder at Teelos Games, Social Media Manager at Universa Media Global, Product Operation at Baidu, Inc., and Product Manager at Altermyth Studio.
