ZERCHER Sylvain

ZERCHER Sylvain is currently the Responsable des Prestations Logistiques et de la Politique Hôtelière at Groupe Hospitalier Littoral Atlantique and serves as an Expert at ANAP in the Réseau Achats & Logistique. With a career spanning several years, ZERCHER has held key roles in various organizations, including as an Ingénieur Restauration at Groupe Hospitalier de La Rochelle Ré Aunis and the CHU de Bordeaux. They have also contributed to education as an intervenant at IUT de Biotechnologie La Rochelle. ZERCHER holds multiple degrees, including a Mastère Spécialisé in Global Supply Chain Management from KEDGE Business School and a Maitrise de Biochimie et Microbiologie Alimentaire from the Institut de Biochimie et Biologie Appliquée à Caen. In recognition of their contributions, ZERCHER was honored as a Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite in November 2019.
