Ashley Gilbert

Global Customer Success Enablement Manager

Ashley Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as the Global Customer Success Enablement Manager at Anaplan since October 2018, Ashley designs and manages training programs to enhance the use of the Anaplan platform for thousands of stakeholders worldwide. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at Education Elements as a Design Principal, where collaboration with schools and districts focused on personalized learning strategies and organizational development. Additional experience includes internship work with the K12 Lab Network at Stanford University, teaching roles at Think College Now Elementary School and McCollam Elementary School, and operational leadership with Teach For America. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University and multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
