Beca Ramón

Beca Ramón currently serves as a Corporate Strategy Manager at Anaplan, beginning in August 2023. Prior to this role, Beca worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an Associate in both the San Francisco and Nashville offices, with a stint as a Summer Associate in 2020 and 2019. A transformative experience was gained as a Resident Fellow at The Rafiki Foundation, Inc. in rural Ethiopia, focusing on education and community engagement. Additional experience includes roles as a Venture Fellow at ModernCapital, a Portfolio Associate at GrowthX, and a Program Director at Ballet Magnificat Inc. Beca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Latino Studies and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and has enhanced academic credentials from The London School of Economics with coursework in economics.
