Gaz Willott is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations planning with a diverse background spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan since December 2021, Gaz has previously held multiple leadership roles at RSA from May 2005 to December 2021, including UK&I Technical Planning Lead and UK&I Forecast & Capacity Manager. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at arvato UK & Ireland. Gaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2007, and attended Matthew Moss High School from 1995 to 2000.
