Michelle Hem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business transformation. Currently serving as a Principal, Customer Success Business Partner within the Silicon Valley Portfolio at Anaplan since November 2021, Michelle previously held the role of Senior Manager in Business Transformation Consulting at EY from August 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, Michelle advanced through several positions at EY in Advisory Services, including Manager and Senior roles, from June 2014 to June 2018. Michelle began a consulting career at AECOM, where roles spanned from Consultant I to Consultant II across various locations, including Anchorage, Alaska, and the Gulf Coast of the USA from September 2008 to August 2013.
