Paul Hands

Paul Hands is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and business development across various technology and SaaS companies. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Anaplan since 2018, Paul focuses on optimizing business planning processes through a cloud-based platform. Prior to Anaplan, Paul held the position of SVP of Business Development and Customer Success at SAI Global, where responsibilities included managing an 80-member team and driving significant revenue from F1000 clients. Paul's leadership experience also includes roles as General Manager and VP of Sales Americas at Brainloop, where an 84% increase in bookings was achieved, and VP of Sales at Brainshark, where bookings rose dramatically. Earlier positions include VP of Worldwide Sales at IDC, where multiple market research companies were launched, and various leadership roles at Global Insight, RoweCom Inc., and Dun & Bradstreet. Paul holds a B.B.A. in Business, Marketing, and English from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and has completed a study abroad program in Business at Richmond American University London.
