Stephen Howell

Stephen Howell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and architecture across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Anaplan since September 2024, Stephen focuses on designing and deploying private cloud solutions and managing workload migrations. Prior positions include Principal Engineer at SoftIron and Senior Principal Engineer at Dell EMC, where responsibilities encompassed leading the architecture of a comprehensive management and orchestration platform. With earlier roles at JP Morgan Chase as a VMware SME, VMware as a Senior Engineer, Trayport in system support, and QAS Ltd as an IT Professional, Stephen has developed expertise in virtualization, cloud solutions, and IT service management. Stephen holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick and completed GCSE and A-level studies with notable results at John Hampden Grammar School.
