Sonal Soni currently serves as an HR Manager specializing in HRBP and Talent Acquisition at ANAROCK since April 2024. Previously, Sonal was a Talent Acquisition Manager at CarDekho where responsibilities included managing mid-level and leadership hiring processes for various corporate and international functions. Experience spans several roles in talent acquisition across different industries with positions held at Delhivery, Gallop Research as Co-Founder, High Beam Global, SKOPE Consultants, and Nexus Manpower Solutions. Sonal's international exposure includes work across the Middle East, North Africa, and the US. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
