Carmelo Magistro has extensive experience in the field of infrastructure and transportation management. Notably, from December 2016 to November 2018, Carmelo served as Segretario Provinciale FIT CISL in Palermo, as well as Coordinatore Regionale Area Contrattuale ANAS FIT CISL for Sicilia and Responsabile Regionale per le infrastrutture FIT CISL. From December 2024 to March 2023, Carmelo held multiple roles at ANAS SpA, including Responsabile unico del progetto/Responsabile unico del procedimento for maintenance projects on Sicilian highways and Responsabile U.O. Complessa for the highway network in both Palermo and Trapani. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at IRST from January 1999 to November 2003. Carmelo holds a degree in Scienze della Comunicazione from Università eCampus (2016-2019) and is pursuing a Laurea magistrale in Economia at the same institution (2022-2024).
