Pasquale Fiore

Pasquale Fiore is an accomplished Maintenance Manager and experienced Operations Director with a strong expertise in fire safety. Currently serving as the Operational Director of plants at ANAS SpA, they focus on developing corporate systems and optimizing processes using Lean methodology. Previously, Pasquale held key roles at Domar SpA, where they managed safety, quality, and production standards in the automotive sector, and contributed to substantial improvements in operational efficiency. Pasquale also has a solid academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and is pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at Università Telematica Pegaso.
