Picca Francesco is currently the Responsabile Tecnico e Nuove Costruzioni at ANAS Liguria - Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato, where they serve as RUP, Direttore dei Lavori, Progettista, Collaudatore, and Ispettore Ponti for new works and extraordinary maintenance.
