David Graham has been in the IT industry since 2007. David began their career as a Help Desk Senior Technician at SUNY Cobleskill. In 2010, they were an Intern, IT Technician 1 at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, while also working as a System Engineer at Tech II Business Services. David then moved to TAG Solutions, where they served as a Service Manager and Network Engineer II from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Compufit LLC as a Director of Service Desk, Service Desk Manager, and Escalation Engineer. David is currently the Director of Service Desk at ANATOMY_IT.
David Graham obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology with a field of study in Network Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill between 2007 and 2010. David also obtained a VMware Certified Professional 5 certification in September 2014.
