Eric Raffone

Eric Raffone has held various roles in the IT field since 2002. Eric began their career as an IT Support Technician for the Hamden Board of Education in 2002, followed by a Helpdesk Technician role at Southern Connecticut State University in 2005. In 2006, they joined Client Associated Businesses, Inc. as a Network Administrator and Desktop Support Analyst. In 2013, they joined SMB Networks, LLC as a Senior Network Engineer, Technical Services Manager, and Director of Integrated Systems. In 2015, they Co-Founded the Ralph V. Raffone Scholarship Foundation. In 2022, they accepted the role of Director of Client Technology - Northeast at ANATOMY_IT and Board of Directors - Technology Director at Paradise Country Club.

Eric Raffone graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (BS). Eric has also obtained various certifications since then, including a Sophos Certified Engineer in 2022, a CMMC Foundations Certificate in 2021, Selling the HPE Portfolio in 2020, a MSP Connect Flex in 2018, a Sophos Certified Sales Consultant in 2018, a 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer and a 3CX Intermediate Certified Engineer in 2017, a CoreDial Technical Certification in 2016, a 3CX Certified Engineer V14 (EN) in 2015, a HIPAA Security Training - Business Associate in 2014, and an Automate (LabTech) Certified Professional in 2014.
