Ethan Kang

Ethan Kang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data architecture and big data engineering. Currently serving as a Hadoop ETL Engineer at AnaVation, LLC since January 2017, Ethan is part of a team focused on building and maintaining ETL pipelines. Concurrently, as a Data Architect at SYNTASA™ since September 2013, Ethan designs and implements ETL processes for various commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in-house applications, including Adobe Marketing Cloud and Data Workbench. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at BCMC, LLC, where expertise in multiple programming languages and big data technologies was utilized, and earlier positions at MicroLink LLC and M.C. Dean, Inc., involving C# and SQL Server development. Ethan holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Technology, both from Virginia Tech.
