Tom Brookes

Tom Brookes is a co-founder of Anavo, bringing over two decades of experience in Health and Social Care. A graduate of the University of Liverpool with a degree in Health Sciences, they also completed the King's Fund Chief Executives Development Course. Brookes has held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Orchard Care Homes and Managing Director at Larchwood Care Homes, and has been instrumental in delivering significant business growth and operational improvements across the sector. Currently, they focus on developing innovative care solutions through Anavo, addressing the evolving needs of care home residents.
