J G has extensive experience in application administration, technical support, and project management. Currently serving as an Application Administrator for the State of Tennessee since December 2015, J G successfully implemented an Online Professional Licensing system that significantly improved processing efficiency and user adoption. In addition, J G has worked as a Field Technician at ANC Sports since September 2013, where responsibilities include operating technical software, managing in-game advertisements, and collaborating with production teams during major events. Previous experience includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior East ATT Turfing Program Analyst PMO and Operations Business Analyst, where J G coordinated data concerns and trained new analysts across multiple states. J G began the career as an Intern Fuel Analyst at Dominion Virginia Power. J G holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee State University and a BS in Business from Lane College.
