With a BA in Business Administration from Penn State University, Barbara transitioned from Account Retention Manager at Cable & Wireless to becoming the Principal/Owner at Telecom Connections, Inc. before finally joining Ancero as the Director of Client Services. Barbara's expertise lies in providing telecom consulting services to small and mid-sized companies, where she solicits, reviews, and negotiates infrastructure and services contracts/agreements.
