Andy Boyce is an accomplished marketing and operations leader with extensive experience in driving transformation and performance across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Enablement at Ancestry, Andy focuses on integrating MarTech, program management, and process optimization to support scalable go-to-market strategies. Previous roles include Director of International Marketing Operations, as well as leadership positions at companies such as KPMG UK, Ocean Finance, Sky Betting & Gaming, and E.ON UK, where significant improvements in operations, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness were achieved. Andy holds a Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing, an Award in Data Management, and a BA(Hons) in English, alongside leadership training from Ashridge Executive Education.
