Since May 2011, Daniel has held various leadership roles at Ancestry, including Senior Software Architect/Director, where key achievements included leading the strategy for customer event tracking and championing standards for analytics across multiple platforms. Experience also encompasses hands-on management and technical leadership, with a proven track record in developing customer onboarding experiences and implementing personalization strategies. Prior roles at Prodiance, Agilent Technologies, and Scientific Software demonstrated Daniel's capability in project management and software engineering within startup and enterprise environments.
