Deb Bell

Deb Bell has served as a Senior Content Production Manager at Ancestry since August 2008, overseeing a team of 34 employees involved in imaging, content, and data science. Previously, Deb held the position of Senior Editing Services Manager, managing 30 editors along with 7 Team Leads and 2 Supervisors across three different websites, while simultaneously managing over 35 concurrent projects. Earlier roles included hiring, training, and managing 33 editors and working alongside project managers to achieve monthly goals. Deb also worked as a QA Editor, ensuring quality assurance for documents and metadata. Educationally, Deb holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant from Shoreline Community College, earned between 2004 and 2006.
