Steve Andersen

Steve Andersen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and leadership roles. Currently serving as Director, Corporate & Head of Commercial at Ancestry since March 2021, Steve has previously held roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft and Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services. Prior to these positions, Steve was Associate General Counsel at HealthEquity and worked as a Corporate Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Steve began legal career as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and also interned as a Corporate Legal Intern at Apple. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brigham Young University.
