Todd Orchulek

Todd Orchulek is a Chatbot Analyst at Ancestry, responsible for training and optimizing generative AI systems and creating personalized user journeys. Prior to this role, Todd worked at the LEGO Group for over eleven years, holding various positions including Knowledge & Content Editor, Innovation Lead, and Consumer Services Advisor. In these roles, Todd led content creation, improved knowledge bases, developed digital engagement strategies, and enhanced consumer service quality. Earlier experience includes roles as a Researcher Interviewer at Abt SRBI and administrative positions at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, among other internships and managerial roles. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Holyoke Community College.
