Wayne Young

Wayne Young is a seasoned professional in health and safety management, currently serving as the Regional Health Safety & Fire Advisor for Anchor since December 2023. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Health Safety and Facilities Manager at CRM Students and served as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Unite Students, where responsibilities included supporting safety projects and delivering H&S and Fire Safety strategies. Wayne's extensive experience includes managing health and safety compliance for 154 stores at Holland & Barrett, conducting audits, risk assessments, and promoting a positive safety culture. Wayne also has a diverse background in retail and administrative roles, including serving as a Technical Retail Officer, Buying Administrator, and Customer Service Operator. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music from the University of Wolverhampton.
