At Anchor Perinatal, we offer inclusive, specialized, expert outpatient care (both in-person and virtual) for pregnant persons and for new mothers up to two years postpartum. We also provide the only intensive outpatient program (IOP) in North Carolina. Our IOP clients receive 10 hours of treatment weekly while still going home to their families to practice real-life coping. This level of care helps to quickly stabilize mental health needs, so they can get back to participating in their life the way they want to live it.
