Stephen Warwick is an experienced Lead Environment Artist currently working at Anchor Point Studios since January 2024 and actively engaged as a BAFTA Connect Member since August 2023. Prior to these roles, Stephen served as an Art Outsource Manager at Epic Games from January 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing art outsourcing for "Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout" and managing relationships with external partners. Additional experience at Epic Games includes a position as a Senior 3D Artist for "Gears POP!" and contributions to unannounced projects. Stephen's earlier career includes positions at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe, NaturalMotion, Stainless Games, Jagex, Ubisoft Reflections, and Criterion Games, with a focus on environment art and 3D modeling. Academically, Stephen obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Computer and Video Games from Solent University, specializing in 2D/3D Art and Animation, as well as game design and theory.
