Mark Sayer

Mark Sayer is a seasoned IT security professional with over 30 years of experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Hollard Insurance Australia, Mark focuses on cyber control enhancements and fostering relationships within the business. Previously, they were the Cyber Defense Lead for Accenture in the AAPAC region, where they developed regional cyber capabilities and aimed to integrate IT security within business processes. Throughout their career, Mark has emphasized strategic planning, people leadership, and continuous improvement in the field of IT security. Mark is also actively involved in advancing professional standards as Chairperson of the Cybersecurity Working Group at the Insurance Council of Australia.
