Tracie W. has extensive experience in social services and program coordination, currently serving as Quality Living Coordinator and Coordinator of Volunteers at Vision Australia since March 2017, focusing on innovative volunteer management and recruitment. Tracie has also worked as a Step By Step Assessor at Anchor Inc. since 2015, and previously held the role of Program Coordinator at YWCA Victoria, where Tracie designed and implemented programs supporting Child Protection clients. Before that, Tracie spent five years at Family Life as Team Leader for Child FIRST & Family Services, overseeing intake workers and program growth, while also advocating for young people and enhancing staff training. Tracie's career began at Berry Street as Team Leader for Out of Home Care (OoHC), where responsibilities included case management and new program development. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Melbourne.
