Max Barrass

Max Barrass has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. Max is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Anchora since 2021. Prior to this, Max held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Metaera, where they focused on researching and developing workforce automation technologies and building the SaaS platform foundations. Max also co-founded the Synthetic Intelligence Association in 2020.

Max has expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and has held various leadership positions in this field. Max worked as an Engineering Manager at AGL Australia and Cbus Super Fund, where they provided strategic direction for technology architecture and established engineering and DevOps practices. Max served as the Adobe Practice Lead at Isobar, leading the Adobe stack and AEM development projects.

Furthermore, Max worked as a Practice Manager at RXP Group, where they focused on digital transformations, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture. Max also served as a Senior Digital Solutions Architect at BizTech Enterprise Solutions, specializing in Adobe Experience Manager and governance process implementation.

Max Barrass completed their education at Swinburne University of Technology from 2002 to 2011, earning a Master of Information Systems Management with a focus on Information Systems. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Adobe Certified Expert, Coach Level 1 from Ice Hockey Australia, as well as certifications in Adobe Experience Manager 6 Architect and CQ5 Component Developer from Adobe and Pearson respectively.
