Laidi Kertusha is a seasoned Consulente del Lavoro with over a decade of experience in Human Resources management, labor law, and business consulting. Presently, they are one of the three partners at Studio “Cavrenghi Sciandra Kertusha,” which provides specialized support services across Piemonte, Liguria, and Lombardia. Laidi has been actively involved in the development of personalized welfare programs for companies, helping to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, they serve as a member of the Certification Commission for the Ordine Provinciale di Torino and contribute as a moderator and speaker at industry events. Laidi continues to pursue higher education in Legal Services at Università degli Studi "Guglielmo Marconi" while holding a diploma in Violin from Conservatorio di musica “Jan Kukuzeli.”
