Mr. Try Kimly

Mr. Try Kimly is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in hospitality. Currently serving as Head Chef at Ibis Styles Siem Reap Hotel since March 2018, Mr. Kimly also holds the position of Executive Chef at Amun Bar and Restaurant and Group Operation Chef at ANCO, both roles taken on in 2022 and 2021, respectively. Additionally, the role of Sous Chef at Prince 'D Angkor Resort & Spa has been maintained since January 2013. Past experiences include serving as Executive Chef at Sakmut Boutique Hotel for a brief period in August 2016, and as Sous Chef at Paradise Angkor Villa Hotel from 2009 to 2013, alongside an Executive Chef role at Parkland Hotel from 2007 to 2009. Educational background includes training in Cuba in 1985.
