Tim Eastman is a Project Superintendent at Ancoats in Minneapolis, MN, with over thirty-nine years of experience in commercial construction. They have held various roles including construction manager, general foreman, and planning & scheduling expert, excelling in industries such as Healthcare, Research, Energy & Utilities, Higher Education, and Industrial. From 1990 to 2023, Tim worked at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, where they managed pre-construction and construction activities, ensuring projects met or exceeded budget and schedule parameters. Currently, Tim is pursuing a degree in Plumbing at Saint Paul College.
