Ancora is a boutique outfit of former owners and leaders of SMEs, who now advise and support SME clients to grow their business, build great teams, and exit successfully.

Most of the brilliant entrepreneurs we come across, have succeeded in getting their business from zero to something meaningful during their first years. But then … they find themselves stuck ...

They are normally growing a business for the first time, and do not know how to take it to the next stage of growth. That's where we come in, and help with a practical and hands-on approach – we don’t just advise, we help our clients do it – providing the benefits of our experience to complement theirs.

As Growth Experts, we help you to:

 - align shareholders’ ambition
 - develop and review your strategic plans
 - develop your business model
 - execute your plans
 - achieve scale
 - recruit and retain great talent
 - plan and execute your exit

Through Coaching and Mentoring, we help you to:

 - cope with the challenges of growth
 - avoid the common pitfalls of growth
 - maximise your performance
 - be a great leader
 - grow an engaged and motivated team
 - operate in a planned way – to your own benefit and to the benefit of your team
 - delegate and achieve a good work-life balance
 - enjoy the growth journey

As SME Board Advisers, we help you to:

 - set-up your first board
 - evaluate and improve an existing Board
 - be challenged and supported by experience - through being a NED on your Board

Over the last 10 years, we have done all this for hundreds of clients and will happily provide you with strong references.

If you would like to work with us, or, if you simply want to talk about your business and where you are on your growth journey, we'd love to hear from you ... marcia.marini@ancoraconsulting.co.uk
