Alex Snodgrass

Alex Snodgrass is a Non-Executive Director at AND Digital. Alex was previously an Investment Manager at LDC from January 2011 to February 2016. Alex is also a Board Observer for The Training Room.

Alex began their career in 2006 as a Senior Analyst for Integrated Finance at Bank of Scotland. In 2010, they became an Associate Director for Joint Ventures Equity at Lloyds Banking Group. The following year, Alex took on the role of Investment Manager at LDC.

During their time at LDC, Alex was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions in the £2m - £100m equity range. Alex also oversaw portfolio management and worked with management teams to drive shareholder value through to exit. Notable transactions and Board roles include: JCC Lighting - Non-Exec Director - successful exit to US trade buyer, Leviton; Leasedrive - Non-Exec Director - successful exit and re-investment as part of HgCapital/Zenith transaction; SAM (Snell Advanced Media) - Non-Exec Director - supported merger with Quantel. Sold to trade (Belden) in 2018; Ascend - Board Observer - successful exit to Reed Business Information; Airclaims - Board Observer - successful exit to McLaren Young; The Training Room - Board Observer.

Alex Snodgrass has a MA in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick and a BSc (Hons) in Engineering & Business Studies from the same school.
