James Locker

James Locker is the Club Murray Executive at AND Digital. James has over 10 years of experience in project management and has held various positions at different companies.

James started their career at Yorkshire Water as a Senior IT Project Manager. James was a member of the Project Management Pool – an IT Centre of Excellence for Project and Programme Management. Their specific responsibilities included being the key contact for all programme or project related issues, weekly reporting of progress, chairing operational and project/programme board meetings, managing budgets, risks and issues, benefits realisation, quality control, change management and key interdependency management. In addition to their delivery responsibilities, James also provided proactive support and coaching to other Project Managers within IT, culminating in carrying out project health checks, reviews and assessments.

In 2013, James left Yorkshire Water to join BJSS as a Project Management Consultant. James worked on various projects for different clients during their time there. In 2018, they joined AND Digital as Head of Delivery. James was promoted to Client Partner in 2019 and has been in their current role since July 2020.

James Locker's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
