Kat Marson

Kat Marson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Financial Controller at AND Digital since October 2022, overseeing global management accounting, financial accounting, tax, payroll, and transactional finance operations across the UK, USA, and Netherlands. Previously, Kat held several positions at TRADEBE from January 2014 to October 2022, including UK Financial Controller, responsible for UK group accounting functions and cash reporting, as well as UK Accounting Manager and Senior Financial Accountant roles focusing on compliance and audit processes. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager - Audit at nortons, managing a portfolio of businesses, and a Tax Intern position at ACG Certified Public Accountants, specializing in US federal tax filings. Kat holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science with a finance specialization from Swansea University and is an ACCA graduate.
