Matt Archer

Matt Archer is a Principal Product Manager with a strong background in product leadership, focused on driving growth and optimization. They currently serve as a Product Principal at AND Digital, where they have contributed since 2023 after serving as a Product Lead from 2018 to 2023. Previously, Matt held various roles, including Agile Business Analyst at Sopra Steria and Product Owner at MegaNexus. They also gained early experience as a Business Analyst and Junior Product Owner at McDonald's during a student placement. Matt earned a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University, where they graduated with first-class honors.
