Will Sargeant

Will Sargeant is the current Chief for Clients at AND Digital. Will has been with the company since July 2020 and in this role, they are responsible for leading the business development team. Prior to this, they were the Chief of Client Partnerships and Strategy from January 2019 to July 2020 and the Client Partnership Lead from October 2016 to December 2018.

Sargeant has over 15 years of experience in technology and digital delivery. Will started their career as a Head of Technology for The North Highland Company UK from January 2013 to January 2014. Will then joined ANDigital in October 2016 as a Client Partnership Lead. In this role, they were responsible for helping clients reach their digital aspirations.

Sargeant is a skilled leader with a proven track record in developing successful partnerships and strategies. Will is passionate about digital delivery and is always looking for ways to push boundaries and create innovative solutions for their clients.
