Amanda Young

Amanda Young has worked in the retail industry for over 10 years. Amanda began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Merchandiser for Awear. In 2013, they joined Primark as an Assistant Merchandiser, where they planned merchandise for Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France and the United States. In 2016, Amanda moved to &Open as a Merchandise Planner, where they developed the required function in both the corporate gifting and online retail sides of the business. Amanda also provided management with support and direction on strategic, commercial and analytical decision making. In 2018, Amanda joined Brown Thomas Arnotts as a Merchandiser, where they took on the addition of the logistics role due to Brexit. In 2022, they will become an Operations Project Manager at &Open.

Amanda Young attended Portobello Institute in 2011.
