Ciara Flood is a Buying Director at &Open. Ciara has over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry and has worked with some of the biggest names in the business. Ciara started their career as an assistant buyer at NET-A-PORTER before moving on to become a buyer at Selfridges. Ciara then spent a year freelancing for Browns Fashion before taking on their current role. Ciara is a highly respected figure in the fashion industry and is known for their keen eye for detail and their ability to spot upcoming trends.

Ciara Flood has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin, and an MA in Strategic Fashion Marketing from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.

They are on a team with and Mark Legge - Logistics Director. Ciara Flood reports to Jonathan Legge, CEO.
