Mike Sepso is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the gaming and media sectors. They co-founded Major League Gaming and served as CEO from 2002 to 2008, later holding senior roles at Activision Blizzard and Vindex, where they were co-founder and CEO from 2019 to 2023. They are currently the Chief Strategy Officer at ESL FACEIT Group and serve on the advisory board for Global Citizen. Additionally, Mike is an investor and strategic advisor for Andbox and a board member for 100 Thieves. Mike graduated with a BS in Management from Babson College in 1994.
