Eddy Dolan

Eddy Dolan currently serves as the Managing Director for Latin America at ANDE since October 2019. Prior to this role, Eddy Dolan worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from July 2011 to October 2019 as the Regional Attache for Central America in the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, retiring in November 2019. Additionally, Eddy Dolan held positions as Deputy Chief of Staff and Operations Chief for Central and South America at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from July 2008 to July 2011.
