Troy Deppey

Troy Deppey has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. Troy began their career in 1989 as Global Operations and Product Development Manager at Aspen Imaging International, Inc. In 1995 they joined Wilkerson Corporation as Vice President of Business Development - Filtration, and later was promoted to General Manager/Vice President of Compressed Air Treatment and Process Engineering/Quality Manager. In 2001, they joined Terumo BCT as Vice President of Global Manufacturing, Vice President of Western Hemisphere Factories, and Director of Northern Ireland Manufacturing and Business Services/EtO Sterilization Services. In 2018, they became Global Manufacturing Operations Vice President at 3 Mountain Consulting LLC. In 2019, they joined Flambeau, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of North American Operations. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President of Global Operations at ANDE.

Troy Deppey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
