Sam Cooley

Sam Cooley possesses extensive experience in the industrial sector, currently serving as Supervisor of General Shops at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2018 and as Superintendent of General Shops at Andeavor since June 2013. With a career that began at BP in 1987, Sam has held roles as General Shops Superintendent within both BP and BP North America and has also worked as Superintendent and Senior Inspector at Arco and ARCO Products Company, respectively. Sam's responsibilities have included performing visual inspections of refinery equipment and managing nondestructive testing crews. Educationally, Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
