Flemming Hardsner

Flemming Hardsner is currently the Department Head for IT Support at Andel, where they leverage their natural ability to communicate complex IT concepts to a broad audience. Originally trained as an electronics technician, Flemming found their passion in IT support and has developed leadership skills that foster team success. From 1999 to 2006, Flemming worked as an IT Consultant at Statoil, followed by a role as an IT System Planner at SEAS-NVE from 2006 to 2020. They have been actively involved in governance as a board member at both Andel and SEAS-NVE. Flemming participated in the Stifinder program in 2015, which was a transformative experience contributing to their personal development.
