Nette Kirkegaard is a Board member and Planetary steward with a professional mission focused on shaping an economy that enables prosperity for over 10 billion people while respecting planetary boundaries. Nette has held significant roles, including Head of Campaign for climate change communications at WWF Denmark and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Carlsberg Group. As the Managing Director of RETHINK Sustainability Consultancy from 2016 to 2024, Nette guided clients to develop sustainable business models. Currently, Nette serves as Afdelingsleder (Director) of Strategic Sustainability at Andel while having previously founded RETHINK Communications Consultancy, which supported organizations in building sustainable identities. Nette holds degrees from institutions including the University of Copenhagen and Aalborg University, alongside executive education in climate change and business transformation.
