Nina Stender

Nina Stender has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nina is currently the Head of Contingency & Consulting and Head of Risk & Compliance at Andel IT Security, where they have been working since 2021. Nina is also responsible for SAP solutions in Distribution IT and Meter Data Management at Andel IT.

Prior to their current role, Nina worked at Radius Elnet as an IT security responsible and Senior Manager of Application Delivery Services. Nina also has experience at Ørsted as a Senior Manager and Manager of Operation Technology Systems.

Before joining Ørsted, Nina worked at Dong Energy S&D as the Manager of SCADA and Tele Technique. Nina was also the Teamlead for Telecom Operations at the company.

Nina's career began at Siemens A/S, where they worked as a Team Leader and Project Engineer. Nina started their professional journey at NESA A/S as a Project Manager.

Nina Stender has a M.Sc.EE degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Nina also holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, earned from 1995 to 1998. In 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Certificate in IT Project Management from Copenhagen. Nina further pursued a Diploma of Leadership in Leadership from Technical University of Denmark, Ballerup Campus, from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they received a Certificate in Coaching in Organisations from Copenhagen Business Academy. Finally, in 2015, they completed an Occupational Health and Safety Course at Copenhagen.
