Rikke Radsted

Rikke Radsted is a Senior Lead in Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics at Andel, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked at Vækstfonden as a Compensation and Benefit Partner from 2019 to 2023, where they managed various compensation programs and led organizational reviews. Rikke began their career at De Gule Sider A/S, where they served as Personnel Manager and HR Consultant from 1993 to 2002, transitioning the function from payroll to a comprehensive HR team. They have also held several roles at TDC between 2007 and 2009, focusing on talent management and compensation processes. Rikke is currently pursuing an HD in Organization at Copenhagen Business School, alongside participation in the Reward Academy.
